I have subject matter expertise in the banking, trust, insurance and capital markets.

My assignments typically focus on improvement and innovation in service or product delivery. The program vision is usually on process improvement and/or software development using Lean and/or Agile methodologies.

The assignments I take are typically strategic business conversions, migrations or fundamental re-engineering of an existing business model and software delivery.

They require business process analysis and mapping leading to either process re-engineering, business system enhancements or the buy/build of new software solutions.

As a generalist in product development, I leverage a range of cross functional skills including negotiation, project management, facilitation, requirement management,  and program delivery.
